0.02a Slightly Better, Still bad

So I had a couple mates play it, added a couple things and got the proper music.

Change Log:

Changed Music, no long gap and better song

Made weapons brighter and darker

Made robots brighter

Made Police faster

Changed spawn radius so enemies can't surprise from outside of walls

New Features:

Testing mode! It's on the main menu and when you click on it, boom a room for you to test guns and all that

Black bars for health and shoot, they should make it a bit clearer when you can shoot and all that
